The Milan Area Chamber of Commerce works hard to be sure that we are utilizing our members products and services whenever possible. When the Chamber needs to make a purchase a request for a bid will be posted on this page for upto 2 weeks prior to the date the goods and/or service is needed. Interested businesses must submit their bid in writing to the chamber by the due date indicated on the request. Bids will be accepted from both members and non members with first priority being given to members. Bids will be chosen both on price and merit. All decisions are final and upto the discretion of the Board of Directors.
